Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily camp operations, ensuring smooth running and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Maintain camp facilities and equipment.
- Budget and manage camp finances.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of camp management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Budget management experience.
- Passion for outdoor recreation and guest service.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
